So this is MY first official post, admittedly a great friend and fellow brother has been encouraging me to start posting and he kicked it off. This is me - the real deal - and I'll start with a quote from Steve Prefontaine which I have hanging in my office - a quote which drives me, fuels me, and inspires me: "To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the Gift". So every day, I believe we've been given a gift - a new day, and we've been blessed with gifts from above, gifts that are not meant to be compromised, sacrificed, minimized, or taken for granted. Every day presents with it a new opportunity. We must BELIEVE and act as it were impossible to fail as we play out the day, with intention. It's not enough to let the day happen to us. It is not enough to allow people to happen with us, we must intentionally in both our actions (priorities) and our relationships.
Keep the Faith. Believe.
